I don’t know if its the same for you guys as it is us but passports you have to make an application to turn in your photo, completed application, and processing fees and documentation proving you are a US citizen and available to have a US passport

Yeah, we have to do all that. First time you get one here, you have to have someone cosign it to say that it’s definitely you. xD
